Welcome to the Amber Project Website
The Amber Project exists to support any young person (aged 14-25) in Cardiff and the surrounding areas who has experience of self-harm.
Please feel free to look around, and if you have any questions or think that we might be able to help, please do contact us. We are open usual office hours Monday - Friday. Unfortunately we can't offer a drop-in service so you will need to make an appointment. Visit the 'What happens next' section of the About Us page for more details.
Telephone and Internet
Unfortunately, the office has no landline or internet access at the moment, so please be patient if you are waiting for a reply to an email. Mobile phones are still working (hooray!), so if you need to contact Caryl, it's
07905 905 437 and Beth is 07817 027 123.
Workshops this week
Theatre workshops, Belong and the Friday afternoon workshops have finished for the summer.
The Music and Wednesday afternoon groups will meet for their final sessions before the summer break this week.
The Friday evening workshop is running as usual, and are heading for the cinema this week. Please meet at Charles Street at 6.30pm.
July and August are incredibly busy months and referrals are taking a little longer than usual.
Please be patient with us, we will be in touch as quickly as we can.
